Process & Utility Piping Systems

• Engineering design of process and utility piping systems for beverage bottling and packaging lines, including compressed air, steam, chilled water, treated water, product transfer, and CIP utilities.
• Utility systems integration for PET preform production equipment and blow-moulding operations, including chilled water and compressed air distribution networks.
• Mechanical and piping design for greenfield and brownfield beverage production facilities, including steam, water treatment, syrup preparation, and CO₂ systems.
• Utility piping design and installation support for glass and PET bottling line installations across multiple facilities in West Africa.

Tank Farms & Storage Systems

• Engineering design of edible oil storage tank farms, including tank sizing, site layout development, pump selection, and interconnecting transfer piping systems.
• Mechanical design of liquid batching, storage, and transfer systems for food processing operations.
• Design of diesel fuel storage and handling systems, including storage tanks, pumping systems, and distribution piping.

Water Sourcing & Treatment Systems

• Engineering design of an industrial water sourcing system involving a 12.5 km transmission pipeline, pump stations, and raw water distribution infrastructure.
• Design and upgrade of water treatment plants, filtration systems, and utility water distribution networks for manufacturing facilities.
